Come and learn how two sister cities – Atlanta and Taipei evolved during the last 40 years on 8/2, Friday, at the Sister City Symposium at Georgia Tech Nanotechnology Research Center. Three speakers from Taiwan – the formal deputy mayor of Taipei, an urban issue commentator and author, and a renowned architect will meet with Atlanta City Planning Commissioner Tim Keane and Atlanta BeltLine founder Ryan Gravel. They will recount the stories of urban transformation and project new planning visions of both cities. (Free admission)
