2019 CAPASUS Annual Conference and Sister City Symposium Welcomes members and non-members

The Art and Science of Urban Living Conference and Sister City Symposium are organized by the Chinese-American Academic & Professional Association in Southeastern United States (CAPASUS), proudly taking part in commemorating the 40 years anniversary of the sister city relation between Taipei and Atlanta. Come and learn how two sister cities – Atlanta and Taipei evolved during the last 40 years on 8/2, Friday, at the Sister City Symposium at Georgia Tech Nanotechnology Research Center. Three speakers from Taiwan – the formal deputy mayor of Taipei, an urban issue commentator/author, and a renowned architect will meet with Atlanta City Planning Commissioner Tim Keane and Atlanta BeltLine founder Ryan Gravel. They will recount the stories of urban transformation and project new planning visions of both cities. Free admission: Register Here

科技部最近推出【海外人才歸國橋接方案LIFT2.0】(LiFT Taiwan)，若有45歲(含)以下合乎資格之海外博、碩士，有意返台工作者，自4月1日起請上 LiFT Taiwan (LiFT2.0) 網站 (https://lifttaiwan.stpi.narl.org.tw/) 申請，獲選者可獲得免費機票及食宿返台參加兩週的「海外學人返國交流會」(第一梯次預定於6/17~6/28舉辦，第二梯次辦理時間另行公告)，科技部將安排產業重要機構參訪及座談會協助瞭解產業現況，並與業界面談和深度交流。這是個返台面談零成本的好機會，如有任何問題，歡迎與本組聯繫。

申請資格：45歲(含)以下具中華民國國籍之海外博士，或具備人工智慧5年相關國外工作經驗之海外碩士。
